 At Cafe Mondello, we’re committed to providing you with the freshest, highest-quality coffee. Because coffee is a perishable product, our returns policy differs slightly from other retail items. Please read the following carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Freshness Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

2. Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for coffee beans due to change of mind, as they are a perishable product. Please choose your coffee carefully before placing an order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cafemondello.com.au.

  • Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the product and packaging.
    Once verified, we’ll offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the product at no extra cost, or

  • A full refund, depending on the situation.

4. Shipping Errors or Lost Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll investigate with our shipping partners and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

5. Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially used coffee bags

  • Coffee beans returned without prior contact

  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago
